Did  You  Know...

Hugh Jorgensen designed the Victress S4 in late 1953, and finished early the next year. This remains one of the few fiberglass sports cars sculpted in chavant manufacturing clay. Over 1000 lbs of clay was used to form the shape of the car, and when done, the mold was taken directly from the clay mock-up or buck. Some of the clay had been borrowed from Dutch Darrin – who had previously used it for the mock-up of the Kaiser Darrin Sports Car.
