133 Registration Log Book and Continuation Log Book Joe Curl, owner of Allard Clipper 906 CMT was kind enough to share the history of his car and the Log Book with us. As Joe has helped us understand, the Registration Book is a record of owners and taxes paid to own/drive the car. When the first / original Registration book becomes full (no space left for the next owner’s name and tax stamps), a new or “Continuation” Registration Book is issued. That is shown in the next section of the book. In this section, the original names and timeframes of ownership were copied by the owner of Joe’s car at the time the new Continuation Log Book was issued for historical purposes. Joe believes that a previous owner—Morley Williams—was the insightful individual who copied down the names since his name is the first on the Continuation Registration Log Book.
