Johnny Dark Movie Book

2 Woodill Wildfire #1 The Wildfire was built by B.R. Woodill from 1952 thru 1956. Approximately 100 cars and bodies were built by his company. The red car in the movie was one of the first ot the new Woodill Wildfire sports cars, and was a factory built car with a Willys motor and suspension. Driver H.Haile Chace—Hollywood stuntman. Interestingly, H. Haile Chace also participated in the first race shown in Johnny Dark where footage of the car racing was both real and separately staged.
