93 TV Shows and Podcasts Right out of the gate in 2006 our cars and stories appeared on TV and in multimedia. Back then I had just acquired our 1961 Tiburon Porsche Coupe. It ’ s strong ties to local history where the company was founded made it a compelling subject for a local news story. It was the first time I was called an “ automotive historian ” and I still remember Rick D ’ Louhy being greatly amused by that assessment. Little did we know where our research would—and still does—lead us.
