35 1955 Frazer Custom (2021) This one - off custom show car was built by Walter Omelenchuk in 1954 - 1955. Starting with a 1948 Frazer, Walter designed and fabricated custom steel body panels as well as used available automobile production parts in creative ways. Design inspiration came from Detroit “ Show Cars ” with both the Packard Panther and the 1954 Cadillac el Dorado contributing features. It was designed to attract attention from the start and it succeeded in every way. After many years of use, the Frazer Custom was retired and thought lost. Found in a barn in the early 2000s by car hunter “ Mike Barker, ” the car was returned to running state and preserved for future displays and restoration plans. In order to preserve the patina, our Undiscovered Classics Team focused on restoring mechanical and electrical aspects of the car. The patina of the body and interior was left mostly untouched to allow the display of the car in preservation classes popular now at most concours events. The Rear Styling of the Frazer Custom drew its inspiration from both the 1954 Packard Panther and the rear/side chrome from the 1954 Cadillac Eldorado.
