Jim Byers Helped Doc-Boyce Smith Build the First Victress S1A Buck and Body.  Here Byers is shown with this Victress.  He would later partner with Dick Jones to build the Meteor in 1953.  Finally, in 1955 he founded his own company in 1955, Fiber-Craft and produced the SR-100, CR-90 and custom bodies.  Quite a history to share.  Byers, born in 1924, is 29 years old in this photo.
